These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and taya03 ("taya03," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the taya03 online gaming platform accessible at taya03.club and all associated services. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in its entirety.
taya03 operates under the regulatory authority of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) and is committed to maintaining a safe, fair, and legally compliant gaming environment for all eligible Filipino players.
You must be at least 21 years of age and a verified Philippine resident or authorized visitor to create a taya03 account. PAGCOR mandates this requirement without exception.
Each player is permitted exactly one taya03 account. Multiple accounts — regardless of purpose — are a material breach of this Agreement and will result in suspension of all associated accounts.
All deposits into taya03 accounts are for the exclusive purpose of gaming. Once funds are deposited and wagered, they follow the rules of the game played. Withdrawals are subject to verification requirements.
All promotional offers and bonuses at taya03 are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of its individual terms.
taya03 operates under a valid PAGCOR license. All games use certified RNG technology. Game outcomes are independently audited. You have the right to escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR.
taya03 reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or your registered contact. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
In this Agreement, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:
Access to real-money gaming at taya03 is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations and PAGCOR's licensing conditions. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement. taya03 will immediately suspend and permanently close any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age, and all funds held in such account may be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR anti-underage gaming requirements.
21+ Only. Under-age gambling is illegal in the Philippines and a serious violation of PAGCOR regulations. If you become aware of any minor attempting to access the taya03 Platform, please report this to support immediately.
The taya03 Platform is operated under a PAGCOR license and is intended for eligible players within the Philippines. Players in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by local law are not permitted to register or play. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether accessing the Platform is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering.
Each individual may hold only one active taya03 Account. A Player may not register or maintain multiple accounts, regardless of whether different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment methods are used. Discovery of multiple accounts associated with the same individual will result in suspension of all such accounts and may result in forfeiture of funds held therein.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. taya03 relies on registration information for KYC verification and payment processing. Providing false, misleading, or third-party information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in account termination and reporting to PAGCOR and relevant authorities.
In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Philippine anti-money laundering legislation, taya03 requires all Players to complete identity verification (KYC) before accessing real-money gaming or processing withdrawals.
Players must submit the following as part of the KYC process:
taya03 targets KYC review completion within 24 hours during standard business hours. During periods of high volume, review may take up to 72 hours. You will be notified via your registered contact details upon KYC approval or if additional documentation is required.
taya03 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time, including source-of-funds declarations for Players who reach specified deposit thresholds as required under PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering Program requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in temporary account restriction until compliance is satisfied.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your taya03 Account login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. taya03 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
You must immediately notify taya03 support if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. Account sharing — allowing any other person to access or play on your Account — is strictly prohibited. All activity conducted through your Account is deemed to be conducted by you, and you bear full responsibility for all wagers, deposits, and withdrawals made through your Account credentials.
taya03 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This is available in your account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
taya03 accepts deposits via the following channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online, BDO Online, UnionBank Online, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 across all supported payment channels. Deposits are credited to your Real Money Balance upon confirmed receipt by taya03's payment systems.
All transactions on the taya03 Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit confirmation. taya03 does not guarantee exchange rates and accepts no liability for currency conversion losses.
Funds deposited into your taya03 Account are held for gaming purposes. taya03 maintains Player funds in accordance with PAGCOR fund safeguarding requirements. Deposited funds do not accrue interest. By depositing funds, you confirm that the funds originate from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of criminal activity.
If a deposit does not appear in your Account balance within the expected timeframe, contact taya03 support with your transaction reference number. taya03 will investigate and resolve confirmed deposit discrepancies within a reasonable timeframe, typically 24–48 hours.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonused funds. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name — withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

taya03 may withhold a withdrawal pending investigation where there is reasonable cause to suspect fraud, money laundering, terms violations, or other irregularities. You will be notified of any withholding. Withheld funds will be released or dealt with in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines and applicable Philippine law upon completion of the investigation.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional offers ("Bonuses") available at taya03 are subject to specific terms applicable to each offer, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions (for sports betting bonuses), time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These terms are published alongside each promotional offer and form part of this Agreement.
Bonus Balance is subject to wagering requirements before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x on a ₱500 bonus means the Player must wager a total of ₱10,000 using the Bonus Balance before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable. Specific multipliers for each offer are stated in the offer terms.
taya03 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including — but not limited to — the following prohibited practices: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; employing low-risk or mathematically balanced wagering strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising exposure; collusion between players; and use of automated software or bots to satisfy bonus terms. Discovery of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of Bonus Balance, Bonus-derived winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
Bonuses are not guaranteed. taya03 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time, including withdrawal of unclaimed bonuses, without prior notice. A promotion's availability to you on one occasion does not create an expectation of future availability.
Each game available on the taya03 Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. By playing any game, you agree to its specific rules. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and this Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address a situation not covered herein.
All games at taya03 use certified RNG technology where applicable, and live dealer games are conducted in real time by professional dealers under studio conditions. Game results are final once confirmed by the game system. taya03 accepts no liability for communication failures, lag, or disconnections during game play, but in the event of a proven technical malfunction that materially affected a game outcome, taya03 will resolve the situation fairly and at its reasonable discretion.
Fair Play Commitment. taya03's RNG systems and game integrity are subject to regular independent audits as required under our PAGCOR license. Published RTPs are accurate theoretical return-to-player figures verified by our game providers.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the taya03 Platform and constitute material breach of this Agreement:
taya03 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) there is suspected breach of this Agreement; (b) KYC verification is outstanding or documents have been rejected; (c) PAGCOR or another regulatory or law enforcement authority requires action; (d) there is suspected fraud, money laundering, or bonus abuse; or (e) the Account has been inactive for an extended period.
Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting taya03 support. Accounts subject to pending withdrawal requests, open bonus balances, or active investigations may not be immediately closeable. Self-exclusion requests under the Responsible Gaming framework are handled separately and are given priority over standard closure requests.
Where an Account is closed voluntarily by the Player and no terms violations are found, any Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements are forfeit upon Account closure.

Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any Platform content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, taya03's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
taya03 shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, or data; (b) any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses; (c) losses arising from telecommunications or internet service failures outside taya03's reasonable control; (d) losses arising from your breach of this Agreement; or (e) the actions or omissions of third-party payment providers. The Platform is provided on an "as available" basis and taya03 does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access.
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through taya03's internal customer support process shall be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by PAGCOR for licensed online gaming operators.
Prior to escalating any dispute to PAGCOR, you must first contact taya03 support and allow taya03 a period of not less than 14 calendar days to investigate and respond. All dispute communications should reference your Account details and provide sufficient information for taya03 to conduct a meaningful investigation. taya03 is committed to good-faith resolution of all Player disputes.

taya03 reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes via in-platform notifications or email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Platform following publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not accept amended Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and contact support to arrange Account closure and withdrawal of any Real Money Balance.
The current version of this Agreement takes effect from January 1, 2026. This version supersedes all prior versions of the taya03 Terms & Conditions. The version date is displayed at the top of this page and updated whenever material revisions are made.
